Coppa Club St Paul's
Coppa Club focuses on thoughtful, unfussy European food from small plates and snacks to pizza and healthy salads. Now, their menu might not be entirely vegan. But their vegan burger, my friend, is the real deal. It’s made with beetroot, quinoa, chick pea, and coriander patty in a soft glazed bun. It’s served with flashed pickled cucumber and skinny fries, and it’s simply revolutionary in the history of vegan burgers. No exaggeration. This restaurant looks up at St Paul’s Cathedral, giving its diners a great view of one of London’s most beautiful heritage. It’s a place for eating, drinking, meeting, and unwinding. They’re also located on Tower Bride, so book your table now, sit back, relax, and enjoy!
