Nico and his team serve a brand new six-course tasting-menu every six weeks, each one themed upon a different place or memory. Previous themes have been childhood, Mexico, the 70’s, and the chippie. The Celebration Menu gives diners the chance to taste dishes that are only usually available on their A La Carte Menu, including the “fillet of lamb, charred onion, pomme boulangere, and rosemary sauce”.
