This family owned restaurant in Glasgow’s West End, near Kelvinhall subway is owned by couple Maurizio and Ester who have worked tirelessly over the years to cater to the hungry bellies of their local clientele. Starting with a small cafe called North Star eight years ago, they mastered the art of serving breakfast, lunch, and exceptional Italian food. They are renowned for providing fresh, home made food with a warm welcome. With the addition of their wee girl, they’ve launched this restaurant in Glasgow’s west end, so head down and enjoy some authentic Italian food and wine.
Another family owned Italian restaurant, and a firm favourite among locals. Eusebis over 40 years ago when the family began importing unique products by small artisan makers and specialist produce from across Italy. They still do that to this day, always sourcing the very finest Italian food. Giovanna and the team always give a warm welcome and producing good food is central to their philosophy. Head down for a pre-theatre dinner in Glasgow’s West End. We’d recommend the small plate menu available Monday to Sunday 4pm until 6.15pm, which includes dishes such as charred yellow peach and whipped ricotta and half portions of pasta from their pasta laboratory. A place you’ll keep coming back to time and time again, everyone loves Eusebi’s.

Their pre-theatre menu has all the old favourites, from lasagna to pumpkin risotto to home made beef meatballs in tomato sugo served with polenta chips. They literally have it all. Keep room for dessert, you’ll thank us later.
Cafe Andaluz’s Cresswell Lane branch is based in Glasgow’s trendy west end.
